Born in Edinburgh, grew up in Stirlingshire, studied fine art at Edinburgh college of art, currently working and living in Oban . Working mostly with watercolour and inks for the coastal landscape and seascape of Oban bay. Creating texture, line and pattern through layering washes and strokes of intense colour to capture the changing atmosphere, light and tone of the busy bay.
